Christian Hypnosis for Anxiety and Panic Attacks

Session 1 - Having Faith Again
Session 2 - Eliminating Fear and Negative Thoughts
After you listen to this session you will not be afraid of going out anymore. You will not be afraid of having a panic attack. You will not be afraid that anything will happen to you while you are out and about. You will feel like you can get out again and do the things that you want to do or have to do.

You will no longer dwell on all of the negative thoughts and fears that have been plaguing you. You will now start to think positively, looking for the good in situations, rather than the bad.
Session 3 - Stop Panic Attacks (Optional)
This session eliminates panic attacks. If you are currently having them frequently or infrequently, this session is designed to eliminate them completely. The subconscious is designed to protect you. When you have a panic attack, your body and subconscious mind are freaking out, trying to protect you from whatever might happen to you. Hello, I am the founder of ehypnotherapy.com. I initially was lead to hypnosis through researching prayer, trance and dreams in the Bible while in college. Through my research I ended up deciding to learn more about hypnosis. I then decided to utilize it to lose weight for myself. I was able to lose 62lbs and I have kept that weight off. After my own success, I decided I would follow my new found passion by getting trained as a hypnotherapist and start my own business and I could not be happier! My practice has been a source of help to many and I am so honored that God is using me in this way.
