Sometimes other peoples emotions affect ours. Sometimes we can get stressed just by being around certain people. Sometimes it is hard for us to love certain people because of what they do.

This session helps you to be numb to that certain someone that is causing you all of that stress. No longer will that person have such control over your emotions. With this session you will be able to forgive, love and get over what this person has done, or is doing, to you.

Session 3 - Standing Your Ground, Being Strong (Optional)
Do not let yourself be torn down and destroyed. Many times stress is caused by something or someone that we are not able to handle. Hello, I am the founder of Christian Hypnosis. I initially was lead to hypnosis through researching prayer, trance and dreams in the Bible while in college. Through my research I ended up deciding to learn more about hypnosis. I then decided to utilize it to lose weight for myself. I was able to lose 62lbs and I have kept that weight off. After my own success, I decided I would follow my new found passion by getting trained as a hypnotherapist and start my own business and I could not be happier! My practice has been a source of help to many and I am so honored that God is using me in this way.

Hypnosis is an amazing tool to use in our daily lives. It is a valuable tool to help us overcome obstacles and struggles and has proved over and over the source of great healing for many.
