Through listening to this session you will be taught what it is like to be a non-smoker. You will feel confidence in yourself again. You will feel a wonderful freedom from cigarettes and nicotine! At the times when you used to smoke, you will now feel free from that desire.

You will be able to handle your stress effectively. You will not substitute anything for smoking, like food or drinks.
You will not even think about smoking anymore. You will not think and plan of when you can smoke. You will feel that your decision is permanent and there is no changing it.
Session 1 - Non Smoking Path
Session 2 - Completely Eliminating Desire
After you listen to this program you will feel no desire to smoke again. You will be able to look at a cigarette or cigar and feel no need for it. You will feel completely free from smoking.

This program completely shuts off your body to smoking, without withdrawal. The craving switch gets turned off to smoking.
Session 3 - Destroying the Habit Shell
This program focuses on destroying the habit. Although your desires are gone, sometimes your body still reaches for one or feels like you should be holding a cigarette. There are mechanisms in your body that have been programmed in you to reach for a cigarette. After you listen to this session those mechanisms will be destroyed. There is no way you would ever reach for a cigarette without being completely aware.

This session physically turns off your body to cigarettes. You will feel comfortable doing activities without one.
Session 4 - Creating a Sickness Toward Smoking (Optional)
After listening to this program the thought of smoking would make you sick. If you actually picked up one and put it in your mouth you would feel physically sick. After listening to this program you would not be able to stand the thought of smoking. You will feel an allergy to smoking.

This negative feeling would NOT transfer to feeling negatively toward other smokers themselves. This session is optional as not all smokers want to feel this way.
Session 5 - Happy, Healthy, Nonsmoker
This session is designed to be listened to once you are comfortable with all of your new positive habits. This session focuses on making all of these habits the new habits for the rest of your life This program  helps to make sure that when stressful events happen in your life, you stick to your new positive habits and do not get off track.

Hello, I am the founder of Christian Hypnosis. I initially was lead to hypnosis through researching prayer, trance and dreams in the Bible while in college. Through my research I ended up deciding to learn more about hypnosis. I then decided to utilize it to lose weight for myself. I was able to lose 62lbs and I have kept that weight off. After my own success, I decided I would follow my new found passion by getting trained as a hypnotherapist and start my own business and I could not be happier! My practice has been a source of help to many and I am so honored that God is using me in this way.

Hypnosis is an amazing tool to use in our daily lives. It is a valuable tool to help us overcome obstacles and struggles and has proved over and over the source of great healing for many.
