Shipping

Shipping and fulfillment services are done in our office in Murfreesboro, TN. All orders are shipped by First Class Mail from Tennessee. Because the CD programs are lightweight, this is the most economical means of shipping this type of product.

We do shipping twice per week. We ship every Monday and every Thursday. We may ship more often during certain weeks.

International Shipping is included in the shipping charge. Shipping Charges are shown for each program when you order.

We currently use the US postal service and we do not offer tracking information.

Programs for self help cannot be gauranteed. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All purchases are considered final.
